Small jello cup.
Pre-packaged pudding.
Individual applesauce.

Don't "make" anything at that middle of the night hour.

Can she get it herself from the refrigerator?

Send, how do you know that it's not 3:00 p.m. instead of 3:00 a.m.?
And how do we know that this isn't a troll trying to waste our time? I'm just saying, since this has nothing to do with caregiving.

If she gets up at 3am, make a plan to get her back to bed.

If she gets up at 3pm, ask her what she'd like?

A glass of milk and a banana. You're in fourth grade, right?

I personally would jot be making anything at 3 am. It was bad enough my Mom got up then, I showed her it was still dark and put her back to bed. If I had to make hercsomething to eat and make sure she atecand got back to bed, I would never have gotten back to sleep. Mom did not nap long enough for me to get one in.
